Director of Customer Service Operations

This role oversees member services operations, including call center and adjudication staff, to ensure achievement of service level guarantees, compliance with HIPAA and other laws, and the overall efficient operation of the department with a focus on a positive member experience. The Director executes management responsibilities in accordance with the vision, mission, and values of Serve You Rx. In this position, the Director is responsible for developing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and sound business practices through effective leadership.The Director will participate in short-term and long-term strategic planning for the department while working closely with senior executive leadership.
